Edward K. West (Kenny) serves as the Chief Executive Officer and President of NAPC Defense, Inc., where he provides visionary leadership in advancing defense contracting, tactical systems, and munitions supply for domestic and international clients. Under his leadership, NAPC Defense has continued to expand its capabilities across weapons systems, ammunition manufacturing, and mission-critical defense support.
Mr. West is a proud U.S. Army veteran, honorably discharged at the rank of E-6. His military background instilled in him the discipline, leadership, and operational expertise that continue to guide his corporate decision-making today. Building upon this foundation, Kenny has developed deep experience in the firearms and ammunition sector, overseeing large-scale procurement, distribution, and sales initiatives that directly support U.S. military, law enforcement, and allied partners abroad.
In addition to his defense and ammunition background, Kenny has over two decades of executive leadership and project management experience, including nearly a decade as President/CEO of Native American Pride Constructors. He has managed and delivered multimillion-dollar federal construction and medical facility projects, including complex VA medical center renovations across Florida, North Carolina, and beyond. His proven track record spans construction management, government contracting, hazardous materials compliance, and quality assurance.

John M. Spence is an accomplished executive, entrepreneur, and financial strategist with extensive experience in corporate governance, defense contracting, and business development. He currently serves as Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Director of NAPC Defense, Inc., where he plays a central role in shaping corporate strategy, structuring capital raises, managing investor relations, and ensuring compliance across complex domestic and international defense initiatives.
In addition to his leadership at NAPC Defense, John has held multiple executive roles across affiliated ventures and has led business development efforts in military equipment and ammunition sales, driving commercial relationships with defense partners and institutional procurement channels, as well as initiatives in logistics, real estate, and manufacturing.
With a proven track record of negotiating high-value contracts, building strategic partnerships, and managing corporate transactions, John has been instrumental in guiding organizations through securities issuances, convertible note structures, warrant agreements, and performance-based financial instruments. His expertise spans capital markets, contract negotiations, and operational scaling — with a strong focus on aligning financial strategy with long-term business growth.
Beyond his financial acumen, John is a forward-thinking entrepreneur who actively develops business models, investment strategies, and operational plans that bring together innovation, profitability, and sustainability. He has worked closely with defense industry partners, government agencies, and private investors to advance large-scale projects ranging from tactical defense systems to industrial manufacturing facilities.
Widely recognized for his ability to navigate both corporate boardrooms and government contracting environments, John continues to drive initiatives that strengthen national defense capabilities, expand industrial capacity, and foster economic growth.
Stephen L. Gurba, BS, MS, PhD

Stephen L. Gurba, BS, MS, PhD, is a highly accomplished executive and defense industry leader with over 47 years of experience spanning advanced defense systems, ordnance production, and corporate leadership. Over the course of his career, he has successfully overseen organizations with annual sales exceeding $300 million and workforces of more than 2,000 employees, demonstrating expertise in scaling operations and driving global defense initiatives.
Dr. Gurba has held numerous senior executive positions across the defense sector, including Senior Vice President of General Defense Corporation, Vice President of Marketing for Olin Ordnance, President of Valentec International Corporation, President and CEO of National Manufacturing Corporation, and President, CEO, and Owner of Bulova Technologies, LLC. Under his leadership, Bulova Technologies became the world’s leading producer of fuzes, safe and arming devices, with products distributed globally, before its sale to L-3 Communications in 2001.
In addition to his corporate leadership, Dr. Gurba served as the U.S. Army Civilian Chairman of both the Fuze Group and the Mine Countermine Group for the National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA), Picatinny Arsenal Chapter. His expertise and leadership in these roles contributed significantly to advancing U.S. and allied defense capabilities.
Dr. Gurba holds Associate, Bachelor, Master, and Doctoral degrees across biology, mathematics, science, and management disciplines. Today, he continues to apply his vast experience as a Defense Consultant with NAPC Defense Inc., headquartered in Clearwater, Florida, where he advises on strategic growth, international defense partnerships, and advanced munitions programs.
