Edward K. West (Kenny) serves as the Chief Executive Officer and President of NAPC Defense, Inc., where he provides visionary leadership in advancing defense contracting, tactical systems, and munitions supply for domestic and international clients. Under his leadership, NAPC Defense has continued to expand its capabilities across weapons systems, ammunition manufacturing, and mission-critical defense support.

Mr. West is a proud U.S. Army veteran, honorably discharged at the rank of E-6. His military background instilled in him the discipline, leadership, and operational expertise that continue to guide his corporate decision-making today. Building upon this foundation, Kenny has developed deep experience in the firearms and ammunition sector, overseeing large-scale procurement, distribution, and sales initiatives that directly support U.S. military, law enforcement, and allied partners abroad.

In addition to his defense and ammunition background, Kenny has over two decades of executive leadership and project management experience, including nearly a decade as President/CEO of Native American Pride Constructors. He has managed and delivered multimillion-dollar federal construction and medical facility projects, including complex VA medical center renovations across Florida, North Carolina, and beyond. His proven track record spans construction management, government contracting, hazardous materials compliance, and quality assurance.

In addition to his leadership at NAPC Defense, John has held multiple executive roles across affiliated ventures and has led business development efforts in military equipment and ammunition sales, driving commercial relationships with defense partners and institutional procurement channels, as well as initiatives in logistics, real estate, and manufacturing.

With a proven track record of negotiating high-value contracts, building strategic partnerships, and managing corporate transactions, John has been instrumental in guiding organizations through securities issuances, convertible note structures, warrant agreements, and performance-based financial instruments. His expertise spans capital markets, contract negotiations, and operational scaling — with a strong focus on aligning financial strategy with long-term business growth.
